“Denvership” is the embodiment of the culture and spirit of the Mile High City.
It’s the celebration of an active, year-round lifestyle. It’s embracing the best the Rockies have to offer in an elevated setting and with a down-to-earth feel.
Denvership is what sets Pinehurst apart, surprising and delighting you with a depth of community and a tradition of belonging you can’t find anyplace else.
The Little Things Add Up to Something Big
It may not be the award-winning golf or best-in-class amenities that you’ll remember most. It’s often the little moments that feel as if they were created just for you. The Cannonball Contest that brings out your inner kid. Aerial yoga that turns workouts into adventures. Fireworks on the 4th of July that make you feel like the celebration is yours. A team whose job description is managing happiness. And programs and traditions that bring every family member together.

Built On Meaningful Traditions: Yours
In the late 1940s, Pinehurst Farm was owned by industrialist Carl Norgren, who resisted selling his property as development rose all around him. As Denver grew, he chose to honor the natural beauty of the land with a golf course and estate home community that would become Pinehurst Country Club in 1960.
From the beginning, the PGA rated the course as a superior test of golf, and the club was recognized as a place of vitality, family, and community. Over time, a phenomenal country club experience has been built on traditions that bring generations of families together.

Helping Our Friends, Neighbors, and Fellow Members
The Pinehurst Foundation
The Pinehurst Sanger Foundation supports employees and members who face overwhelming medical expenses. The foundation is named for John Sanger, a beloved friend, colleague, coach, golfer and Pinehurst Club employee.
Young Cho Scholarship
The Young Cho Educational Scholarship was created for employees or their children of Pinehurst Country Club. The Pinehurst Foundation established this non-profit scholarship in 2020 thanks to a generous donation from Mr. and Mrs. Cho. Scholarships of up to $5,000 per person per year are rewarded through a competitive process. Scholars are selected based on financial need, work ethic, character, and leadership ability.

Another Day. Another Improvement.
Our Capital Improvement Campaign is about more than updates. It’s about taking the things you already love about Pinehurst and making them better.
For golfers, the Maxwell course is growing ever more spectacular with enhanced waterways, expanded water storage, and upgraded greens and bunkers. At sundown, new lights will brighten the courts for nighttime tennis and pickleball play.
