Nicolle Beigie joined the Pinehurst staff in October of 2013, as the Director of Events. She attended Metropolitan State University of Denver in the Hospitality, Travel and Events Program, while working at Outback Steakhouse as a Hostess. She then worked her way up to the position of the Front of the House Manager. While at Metro she had two years of kitchen training through which she learned all aspects of the restaurant kitchen. Also during her time at Outback, she became a Service Trainer for the OSI Corporation.
After her nine years at Outback, she worked at Lakewood Country Club as a Food and Beverage Manager with an emphasis in Catered Events. Nicolle spent four years at The Country Club at Castle Pines as the Catering Manager prior to joining the team at Pinehurst.
Nicolle has a passion for wine, which lead her to become a Level One Sommelier. Her interests are family, friends, food, wine, new dining experiences, traveling, skiing and music.
