Located right next to the clubhouse with panoramic views of the city and countryside, the Olympic-sized pool is the center for summer events. From junior swim training and poolside lounging to evening cocktail parties, the pool is the hub of summer social activity at Pinehurst.

A full slate of certified swim instructors and guards provide opportunities for our members to enjoy summer at the pool. Swim lessons, group or private, for all ages, are available throughout the season. Lap lanes are provided for those wishing to use the pool for exercise.  Adult swim times are scheduled on the hour every hour from 1pm to 5pm.

Pinehurst takes great pride in the enviable records the Pinehurst swim teams have set in past years.

Without exception, the Pinehurst Swim and Dive Teams have met or exceeded a level of excellence throughout the season and brought home the big trophies. On a team and an individual level, the teams' performance continues to be a source of pride for the Club.

Our swim team instructors are not only proficient in the sport, but are trained to teach and interact with young people to develop skills and good sportsmanship while providing a safe and fun environment for summer activity.
