 $2010 due with application, followed by annual payments of $2000 on 1st through 4th year anniversary; $4000 annual payment on 5th through 9th year anniversary; Final payment on 10th anniversary of $9,990.
OR $2010 due with application; then annual initiation fee payments may be paid on monthly schedule. Example: $167, 2nd through 4th year; $333, 5th through 9th year; $832 per month during 10th year. (Note: Monthly installment payments are in addition to monthly dues)
OR $32,000 due with application. NO DUES for one year when paid in full, then dues at current rate will apply.
